Bill graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics as a Statistics major and later earned a Masters in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has more than 25 years of experience Records and Information Management and served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Fidelity Investments’ back office operations. In that role he worked closely with Fidelity’s Finance, Operations, IT and Executive staff to develop annual business plans and budgets.
